These are just things I bought.

This section of the site has nothing to do with neurotherapy, family therapy, eating disorders, governance, or anything else I am supposed to be writing about professionally.

It is a place for reviews. Things I have bought, used, and formed an opinion about. Some will be work-adjacent. Most will not. You might find a review of a laser device next to one about a groundsheet or a moisturiser. That is intentional.

None of these products have been gifted. No one has paid me to write about them. I find it slightly embarrassing to even clarify that, but apparently we live in a world where that needs to be said.

I have no particular expertise in consumer goods. I do have opinions, a low tolerance for overblown claims, and a professional habit of asking whether the evidence actually supports what is being promised. That framework applies here too.
