Our Fees

At The Togetherness Project, we believe in transparency, accessibility, and care that meets people where they are.

Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and preparation involved in providing evidence-informed, family-inclusive support — always grounded in respect, collaboration, and integrity.

We offer a range of services to meet different needs, including talk therapy for individuals, couples, and families, and supervision for clinicians and professionals.

Fees for QEEG-informed Neurotherapy and Neurostimulation are discussed individually during your initial consultation, as programs are tailored to each person’s goals and assessment findings.

If you have any questions about fees, rebates, or referral pathways, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to talk through what might best suit your situation.

Other Important Bits & Pieces to Note:

Medicare

Unfortunately, there is no Medicare rebate available, and I am unable to accept Mental Health Care Plans or Eating Disorder Care Plans.

NDIS

Bliss can see self-managed NDIS clients for family behavioural change support, meal support, capacity building for activities of daily living & well-being.

All talk therapy appointments are 50-60 minutes and are conducted in person (Hawthorn, Fremantle, Telehealth, or at an agreed-upon location). Neurotherapy appointments are 40minutes long.

Fees are to be paid on the day of our session.

Cancellation/rescheduling/non-attendance fees are charged at your usual consult rate if you cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving Bliss at least 24 hours’ notice (except in the case of a medical emergency).

Bliss will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for late attendees, after which the appointment will not be able to proceed.

*Concession prices apply to those with valid Health Care Cards. Evidence of HCC must be provided.
