Podcasts I have listened to and thought about more than once.
I listen to a lot of podcasts. In the car, on walks, while doing things that do not require my full attention. It is probably the medium I consume most outside of journals and case notes, which is either a sign of genuine curiosity or an inability to sit quietly. Possibly both.
This section is for reviews of podcasts I have found worth recommending, finishing, or arguing with internally on a Tuesday morning. Some are clinical. Some touch on family therapy, eating disorders, or neuroscience. Some have nothing to do with any of that and I simply found them absorbing.
I will not review podcasts I did not finish. Life is short and if I stopped, that is the review.
I will also not pretend every episode of a good podcast is good. Where a show is patchy, I will say so and tell you which episodes are worth your time specifically.
No ratings out of five. No stars. Either I think it is worth your time or I do not.
